After a 40-year career as a journalist, photographer, editor, public relations practitioner and marketing strategist, I am free now to pursue my passions of photography (Pictures), travel (Places) and food (Plates). This new personal blog will be where I capture my new adventures and revisit some of my old ones.
My partner in many of these adventures, as she has been in my life itself for nearly 25 years, is my wife, Linda Moran. I can make some claim to have ignited her passion for travel and we sure have visited a few corners of the world together, with many more to come, and have enjoyed phenomenal meals along the way. Her contributions here will be as regular as possible.
