		<description>Francis - good news engineers do love and embrace agile. In addition lots of Canadian companies both small and large have adopted Agile. I don&#039;t think there is a cultural impediment at all. If anything I think Canadian culture of not being married to our work is a benefit - Agile needs a sustainable pace.

So good is the story I left IBM to become a full time Agile coach.
